Cabin Pricing

Base fee: $300 up to 7 nights

Nightly cost: $25/night (Peak season of October 01 – November 15 is $50/night)

Example 1: Arrive on Friday, leave on Sunday: $300 + $25/Friday night + $25/Saturday night = $350 total. Example 2: Arrive on Sunday, leave on Saturday: $300 + $25/night for 6 nights ($150) = $450. Example 3: Arrive on Sunday, and leave on Sunday two weeks later: $300 x 2 weeks ($600) plus $25/14 nights ($350) = $950.

Additional fees: Credit card payments have a 4% fee. If you prefer not to haul off your trash, we will take care of it for $25/bag, just please let us know when you leave; if dirty dishes are left, there is a $25/fee; if the cabin is left excessively dirty/messy, there will be an additional cleaning fee based on the additional time required; if anything is broken or missing, you will be billed accordingly.
